PROFILE:
I have unique experiences. I started my professional career as a physical therapist. Throughtout the many years of practicing, the part that I enjoyed the most is the education & training of my patients, healthcare colleague, students and residents. I fully embraced this part of my profession and decided to further my training & skills in this field. Now, I design and create education and training products for companies and organizations for innovative, effective, and engaging learning solutions.
EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS (MOST RECENT):
Independent Contractor - July 2021 to Present
Educator and instructor of rehabilitation programs in the outpatient, worksite, SNFs, HHA, ADHCs, and other clinical settings in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
Developed rehab/physical therapy programs such as orthopedic, ergonomics, neurological, pelvic floor rehab, lymphedema, wound care management, contracture management, and fall prevention programs in different clinical settings, including Assisted Living facilities, SNF, outpatient, etc.
Involved in community training programs such as patient and caregiver education, work injury prevention, fall prevention, and increasing awareness regarding rehab services.
Developed and established multiple physical therapy programs such as pelvic floor, lymphedema, wound care, fall prevention, pediatrics, vestibular & balance, and wheelchair & seating program.
